Centrifugal bowl is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Collecting cover and float of AISI 304
Bowl is dynamically balanced.
Lubrication system is completely eliminated.
Unique drive system consists of special High Torgue motor of 0.5HP and flat belt drive, has eliminated the necessity of drive gears lubrication and friction clutches
Due to absence of friction clutches there is no slippage for worn out friction pad and tachometer is not required.
Rubber gasket which comes in contact with milk is resistant and non-absorbent.
